Late fees

Various deadlines apply for administrative processes, such as admission, enrolment, applications for Credit for Recognised Learning (CRL) and appeals. If you do not meet these deadlines there is no guarantee that your application will be accepted and a late fee may apply.

General Late Fee
Failure to meet published deadlines for the lodgement of forms that include, but are not limited to, applications for admission; Credit for Recognised Learning (CRL); considerations of appeal; and unit withdrawal or enrolment.

Late payment fee (LPF)
Payable where payment of tuition fees is not made by the due date and/or (if applicable) where payment is not made by the due date of an instalment plan.

Notes on Late Fees:

  1. Various deadlines apply for administrative processes, such as applications for admission; enrolment; Credit for Recognised Learning (CRL); and appeals
  2. Students should ensure they comply with these deadlines as there is no guarantee that late applications will be accepted
  3. The General Late Fee will only be applicable if an application or form is accepted after the published deadline
  4. A Late Payment Fee will apply if tuition fees are not paid by the due date

  6. Late Fees will only be waived in exceptional circumstances. Documentary evidence will be required to support any request for waiver.
