Payment options

There are many ways to pay your fees at Curtin University. The university's preferred method of payment is Curtin ePay, however we also offer the additional options listed below.

Curtin ePay

Curtin ePay allows fees to be paid online using your credit/debit cards, Flywire, PayPal, China Union Pay and Japan Credit Bureau.

Curtin ePay is the preferred method of payment because:

  1. It's quick and easy
  2. A receipt is emailed directly to you
  3. Payment is received by Curtin within three to four hours

One-off Payments

  • Visit Curtin ePay
  • Select Current Students
  • Select Tuition / SSAF / Late Fees and enter your student details
  • Choose a payment option
    • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau)
    • Flywire (International payments only)
    • PayPal - using credit/debit card and bank account

Repeat Transactions

Curtin ePay allows you to save your payment details so that you can easily use them again in the future.

  • Visit Curtin ePay
  • Create an account
    • Click My Account in the top right of the page
    • Click Create Account
    • Enter in your details and follow the prompts
  • Register your preferred payment details.

Please note, paying by Flywire involves making a local bank transfer in your own currency.

Credit card / Debit card / China UnionPay: 3-4 hours
Flywire / Paypal: 72-96 hours

Alternative payment options

How do I pay?

  • In Person: Take your eInvoice to any Post Office and pay by cash, cheque (Australian Bank Issued Cheque Only), EFTPOS, or Visa/Mastercard.
  • Telephone: Phone 13 18 16 and use your credit or debit card.
  • Online: Pay online via AusPost

How long does it take?

24-48 hours (allow approximately 3 working days for cheques)

How do I pay?

  • Telephone: Please call your banking hotline and select BPay from the options provided. Then use your credit or debit card.
  • Online: Please visit your banking website and click BPay

Use the Biller Code and Reference number from your Curtin eInvoice.

How long does it take?

48-72 hours

How much do I pay?

Curtin does not provide paper invoices. You can generate your eInvoice by going to your My Finances tab in eStudent and clicking Email my eInvoice. A PDF will be sent to your student email address.
